100 Acre Brewing Co.

100 Acre Brewing Co. is a family owned and operated farmhouse brewery. They are located on their 100 acre homestead in Peterborough, Ontario, where they were born and raised for generations. They believe that the best beer is made with patience, passion and respect for the process. We created a brand that reflects these values and their traditional roots. The brushstroke tree represents the wooded acerage, deep family roots as well as growth as they embark on their new business venture. Like every tree has its own unique concentric pattern of rings, each brush stroke is unique and organic, giving the brand a personality that is authentic, earthy and rustic. Following this theme, we created beautiful, hand painted watercolour labels for their cans that represent nature, and some of the most sentimental species that can be seen on the property. Each label is a delicate work of art, made with patience, skill and passion, just like each beer.
